Refund policy

Redesigned.dk guarantees 14 days full refund for any returned items, from the day of delivery, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.

In the event of an error in connection with any products or services displayed through redesigned.dk (including typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability), redesigned.dk reserves the right to cancel any order prior to the time it is delivered to you.

Easy Returns: Simply log into your customer account, select the order you’d like to return, and click “Request Return.” When request have been approved, you will receive information on how to proceed.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.

Note: Returns that has been delivered to parcels shops, will not be picked up. Please make sure that your provider deliver to a company address / home delivery. 

We do not cover the cost of return.

We try to handle your returns as fast as possible, but in some cases the refund process might be prolonged. Please allow up to 14 days to process upon receiving a return. Refunds use the same payment method that was used to place the order. We cannot issue a refund to a different card or bank account. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.

Complaints 
If the item you have received is defective, please notify redesigned.dk customer service, promptly and return the item. redesigned.dk will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund, including the costs of delivery and return.
