Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you selected when placing your order.

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. The expected delivery time is 1-3 working days with a delivery address in Denmark. We offer delivery to all European countries; shipping fees might vary for the given country. The estimated delivery time on all European orders outside Denmark is 2-4 working days.  However, products on order or products that are out of stock may have a longer delivery time. You may also find that during particularly busy periods, we may have a longer expected delivery time for specific products.

You can choose between the following delivery methods:

GLS - Delivery to ParcelShop

Please note that some of the delivery methods are not available for certain addresses and time intervals. Only the delivery methods that you can choose for your delivery address will be visible when you complete your order. We reserve the right to deliver to a different place than the one selected if the place of delivery you have selected is full. If so, we will deliver your order to a place of delivery selected by the carrier.

We only deliver to the following countries: Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain

If we do not have all the products you ordered in stock, we may send you the products we have in stock first. Once we have the products you need in stock, we will send them to you. We may therefore send your order in several stages.

We bear the risk of your product(s) until delivery.

NOTE: Parcels that are not picked up, an amount of 49,00 DKK will be withdrawn from the refund amount, to cover the cost of return.

 

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order means that you have ordered an item with longer delivery time than usual, as the item cannot be dispatched when the order is received.

Delivery time of pre-orders can be found under the product description.

Pre-order and stock items

If part of your order is in stock, we will ship the stock items first. You will therefore experience receiving your order in several packages. We do this to avoid a longer delivery for the item(s) that are already in stock.

Please note that we usually deduct the money for your order as soon as it is dispatched from our warehouse. But in the case of a pre-order, we will deduct the money for your entire order before dispatch, and there will therefore be a prepayment of the order.

Pre-orders can be exchanged just like a regular in stock order, starting from the day you receive your pre-order.
