Gloves 

Measure the palmar side of the hand. Start measuring from the tip of the middle finger down to the top of the palm for length. For width, measure 360° around the palm.

Handbags

The dimensions are measured from the corner of the bag, stitching to stitching. Start by measuring the hight, from top stitching to the bottom stitching, do the same with the width and the diameter as shown below. Bumbags are measured from the top of the bag, as the example below.
